Here are some of the new updates on WhatsApp that have been released or announced in 19, September 2023:

1. WhatsApp Channels: WhatsApp Channels is a new broadcast feature that allows creators and businesses to send messages to a large audience in one-to-many format. Channels can be public or private, and users can choose which channels they want to follow.

2. Edit Sent Messages: WhatsApp users can now edit messages they have already sent, within 48 hours of sending the message. This feature is available on both Android and iOS devices.

3. Increased File Sharing Limit: WhatsApp users can now share files up to 2GB in size, instead of the previous limit of 100MB. This feature is available on both Android and iOS devices.

4. Reaction to Messages: WhatsApp users can now react to messages with emojis, similar to the reaction feature in other messaging apps like Facebook Messenger and Instagram. This feature is available on both Android and iOS devices.

5. New Privacy Features: WhatsApp has released a number of new privacy features in recent months, including the ability to hide your online status from specific contacts, the ability to leave groups without notifying other members, and the ability to prevent people from taking screenshots of your one-time view messages.

In addition to these new features, WhatsApp is constantly working on improving the overall performance and stability of the app.

Please note that some of these features may not be available to all users yet, as they are still being rolled out gradually.
